Euneka is run by Mike & Wendy Hemming & is located near the start point of the Jurassic coast in Dorset.

Although a small family business, Euneka has become popular with many people looking for something out of the ordinary that can’t be found in most of today’s shops.

Mike designs & creates high quality products for the home that reflect the beauty of nature without stripping the environment. He uses recycled materials, mainly driftwood, which he & Wendy collect. The extracting of some pieces often requires squeezing into small gaps between rocks which sometimes fill with water. It can be physically exhausting but the treasure found makes it worthwhile. Mike then transforms these finds into items that are unusual & unique.

“We believe that the care of our planet is paramount so we strive to employ processes & working methods that have as minimal an impact on the environment as possible, such as the use of hand tools & other eco friendly working methods. We are continually researching further ways of reducing our carbon footprint.
